Well hi everyone! I finally have made the commitment to get this site of mine up and running. I had plans to do this over 2 yrs ago but due to an accident at work, I have been out of commission for quite some time. I have to say for anyone that has had to deal with the Workman’s Compensation Board has my sympathy and respect if you have not have been frustrated to death. I can appreciate that there are individuals that may try to take advantage of the services they offer, but I have to say, that after 5 years since the accident, a couple of operations to attempt to repair the damage and eventually have to put a spinal nerve stimulator inside my body, I think I have proven that I am not one of the FAKERS!
For those of you that do not know me, I cannot stand sitting around doing nothing (unless I am on vacation in Mexico). I love driving and as my previous job offered me a great deal of independence, I just loved it. To go from that to not being able to drive very far, sit very long or walk any distance at all, has changed my life around to the extreme. I have to admit that in the early stages, WCB was excellent and have attempted to retrain me in a couple of different areas, but lets face it, I’m a glorified truck driver with an industrial sized vacuum on the truck going around doing the stuff that a lot of folks didn’t want to do. Unfortunately, due to some conflicts with some medications, the retraining was not successful to the degree that both WCB and myself werre hoping. So here I sit now behind a computer letting all of you folks in on my new plan.
In the last couple of years and because of the distance learning I was doing from home, I became very familiar with the internet and the various marketing opportunities that are out there. I decided to look into what the hype was and could not believe how quick a bunch of people want to tell you once they have your email address. Between trying to download all the informational PDF’s and trying to read them as well as do my distance learning stuff, I think I blew a fuse and found myself staring off into space for I don’t know how long. Has this ever happened to you? Bet you it has. I decided to opt out of the marketing courses that I had signed up for, sit back and try to catch up with some reading. I have to say that I found a lot of the information I had been handed to be the same, just said a different way.
I found I had a pretty good handle on the whole internet marketing niche and felt it was important to listen to those individuals that were doing very well at it. So I signed up for some newsletters of some pretty powerful gurus of IM. So my thanks to such greats as Frank Kern, Yanik Silver, Jimmy D. Brown, James Jones, John Chow and many many more for letting me be a fly on their walls and sit back and absorb.
